Refund Policy

Any diamond may be returned for any reason within 7 days of delivery. You will be refunded for the full cost of the diamond, less the shipping and handling charges (round trip). To make a return, simply e-mail logi@diamondfloor.com and we will arrange for pick-up. Each diamond is subject to authentication before any refund is made.
