Diamond Inventory Our inventory consists of over 100,000 stones.Search the user-friendly table to find the diamond you need by characteristics and certificate. Request a diamond If you cannot find the diamonds you need, simply send an E-mail to: logi@diamondfloor.com and a staff member will search DF's external sources to offer you stones that are not listed on the DF site.
View a certificate DiamondFloor.com only allows the sale of diamonds certified by reputable gemological institutes. To view certificates onscreen, simply click on the name of the gemological institute shown.
For GIA Certs, we have a direct link to GIA's data base. This link will enable you to view full details of any GIA certified stone and to download a high print quality certificate.
Negotiate for a diamond The diamonds on the site are listed at either a negotiable or a fixed price status. If a diamond you are interested is negotiable, you can either buy it immediately or negotiate a price. Once you make an offer, the diamond is placed under a “Cachet” for 24 hours. During this time, no one can buy or place a different offer for this diamond. The supplier will receive an e-mail advising him of the proposal. Once the offer is viewed, the supplier can accept the offer and complete the sale, place a counter offer, or reject the offer completely (which releases the diamond form its “Cachet” status).
Duties, Taxes & V.A.T. DiamondFloor.com is not responsible for any country-specific charges such as Duties, Taxes and V.A.T. Each individual must check the laws and regulations in his country.
Payment Options Wire Transfer, Cash & Checks are accepted by DiamondFloor.com and payable in U.S. dollars. Transfer costs and cash deposit fees are charged to the buyer. In addition, you can make a transfer via PayPal (Please note that a 3.5% PayPal Commission Applies). Delivery is made once payment has been cleared in Diamondfloor's account.
Insurance All items are fully insured, door-to-door from pickup to delivery.
Gemological Authentication All DiamondFloor.com stones are provided with a gemological certificate.
Shipping and Handling All diamonds are packed and sealed with their certificates and securely shipped with full insurance coverage via FedEx.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated per shipment value. Diamonds are delivered within 5 business days, in most cases within 3 to 4 days

Return Policy Any diamond may be returned for any reason within 7 days of delivery. To make a return, simply send an E-mail: logi@diamondfloor.com Once a team member authorizes the return, you are responsible for shipping (and insurance) the stone back to our office. Each diamond is subject to authentication before any refund is made. You will be refunded for the full cost of the diamond, less the shipping and handling charges.
Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a FedEx tracking #.
INFORMATION FOR REGISTERED SUPPLIERS
General Information DF lists only certified stones. Suppliers can upload their stock to the DF site quickly and easily.
The supplier is responsible for maintaining an updated inventory on the DF site. Suppliers list their stones either in a 'negotiable' status (i.e. buyer can negotiate the price of the stone) or 'fixed' – non negotiable status. The supplier is responsible for sending the stone & cert. to one of our offices. A buyer has a right to return the stone. DF is obligated to return it to the supplier within no more than 30 days. My Inventory All suppliers have access to their own “Inventory Page” on DiamondFloor.com, where they can revise product information or remove diamonds uploaded that were sold. This page is secured and can only be viewed on the computer designated for these transactions.
Conformation of a Sale Upon mazal the supplier needs to confirm its availability (by return e-mail within one business day, or the diamond will be deemed unavailable, the order will be canceled and the diamond will be removed from the site). DiamondFloor.com is responsible for shipping to the buyer.
Returns In the event a buyer decides to return a diamond (see our RETURN POLICY), it will be returned at no charge to the supplier within 30 days from the original date of pickup from the supplier.
Billing All diamonds must be invoiced upon sale. A copy of the invoice is to be E-mailed to: logi@diamondfloor.com |
